When my two daughters outgrew their stroller, I lost my go-to way of carrying groceries. At 34, I felt way too young to be using one of those old-fashioned trolleys. Even though they seemed practical, I felt too ashamed to buy one.

So, I decided to create a better option. That's how clévany was born, for people who care about both function and style.

Validating the idea

I interviewed over 50 people, and it turned out I wasn't the only one with this issue. Here is one of the early sketch I made. I know, I have no talent in drawing 😂

I realized a convertible backpack would be more practical: perfect for going to the office and shopping on the way home. My brother, Nathan, sketched these.
